MeLe ATX20 Rally Spec Battery Mount

Received this battery mount from the team over at meledesignfirm and it’s a phenomenal piece. I have been drag racing for several years and the team over at antigravitybatteries linked me up with this company. It saves a tremendous amount of weight and not only that it’s shaving weight where it matters the most in drag racing (the front end). The quality and craftsmanship is spot on. This is a must have if you are running a lightweight lithium battery!

The battery box is a work of art! Saved me over twenty one pounds on the heaviest corner. 

Numbers are great, but to drive this home: the OEM battery takes two hands to lift it off the floor. I can easily lift the ATX20 RS by a terminal with two fingers. While it's in the Mele box!

I needed to replace my old PC680 and decided to upgrade to an antigravity. Due to the updated size dimensions, this meant I needed a new battery tie down. After doing some searches on the internet for Antigravity battery tie-downs, I ran across the Mele Battery Box. I was sold at first sight! This thing looks absolutely amazing. I reached out to them to check availability and they were very quick to respond and even sent my box out that same day! A few days later, the battery box arrives and I am blown away by the quality. They provided nutserts for a very thoughtful installation to make sure the box was completely and safely attached to the vehicle. We have the box in the car within a couple hours and I am beyond happy with how stable and secure this mount it and it looks amazing in the car as well. Highly recommend this box if you are using an Antigravity ATX20!

I reached out to Mitch to ask about what type of mount I should use on both my track cars (2004) & (2006) Honda S2000’s. We eventually went with the ATX20 Rally Spec mount and man when I received the mount, the welds and the material quality was top notch! S2000’s have so much room so I was able to mock up and install the mele battery box with ease. Looking at around a savings of almost 20+lbs, the hardware that it came with was also great quality and none of that cheap stuff you get on eBay. 10/10 would always go with Meledesignfirm, do yourself a favor and don’t cheap out on these other brands that put no effort into designing their products! The ATX20 box is a perfect fit for any Antigravity battery situation. The updated pre-drilled and slotted base of the box makes for an easy install in any car. The power coating and laser etched logos look fantastic as well!
